Everything was nice, including really helpful staff and unbeatable location right opposite the Central Market. Had immaculately clean and functional room with bathtub as well as safe for a good stay. Location: the hotel was really close to Batu caves and Chinatown and public transport and most KL attraction.

The location of the hotel is perfect for those wanting to explore the vibrant Central Market area. With coffee shops not opening until ten, it's great to have a hotel right beside the Central Market where you can start your day early. the staff at the hotel are lovely and welcoming, providing great service. the room is cozy and functional, and the bathroom is spacious. Guests can also enjoy the amazing view from the rooftop pool.
There were a few homeless people hanging around the streets near the hotel, which might make some solo travelers feel a little uneasy.
